John Boggis
John joined the company in January 2023 to reignite a long-standing professional relationship and business partnership with Michael. In March 2024 he was appointed Joint Managing Director and led our strategic rebrand to Your Recruiters. His love for being on the desk and hands-on in recruiting is what drove him away from continuing a corporate style management career. John’s commercial recruitment expertise spans multiple sectors for a diverse range of temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment challenges.
Michael Clapton
Michael founded the company in February 2021 as a solo venture specialising in Sales & Rec2Rec recruitment. He has been a Recruitment Agency & Business Owner since 2008 and has over 20 years multi-sector industry experience. Michael’s role here is co-pilot for our talented recruiters. Driving candidate & client attraction & assessment strategies, leading vacancy briefings, creating advert & headhunting content and producing killer questions &bespoke assessments, personal brand & social content.
Michelle Bastock
Michelle was the first managing consultant for Your Recruiters, when she joined the company in April 2024. Her credibility in commercial recruitment is underpinned by 18.5 years’ service with her last agency and 30 years’ experience working almost exclusively in the West Midlands region. She loves the challenge of delivering complex temp staff recruitment campaigns in customer services and call centres while balancing this with headhunting game-changing candidates for permanent roles in sales, marketing, finance, IT, and other commercial business functions.
Josh Whitmore
Josh joined Your Recruiters in April 2024 to set up and lead our Engineering Division, following 6 years of industry experience working exclusively in engineering recruitment. He was lured into an engineering recruitment career path whilst 18-months into a Design Engineer apprenticeship and has never looked back since. Josh thrives because of his technical understanding and ability to communicate with engineers and engineering managers. He is proud of being recognised as a non salesy recruiter amongst technical candidates and clients.
