Are you interested in exploring an exciting FP&A Manager for a growing contact centre business?

In this critical role, you are supporting the Senior Management Team(SMT) in making decisions to drive growth. You are required to provide commercial support on operational and investment decisions and will be the key point of consolidation for financial target setting and performance reporting across the Group’s brands.

Your duties will include:

• Maintain up to date view or risk &     opportunities against forecast to allow management to take appropriate     action where required.
  
• Management of annual budget and rolling forecast processes (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow)
  
• Finalisation of individual and consolidated monthly management accounts, including variances to budget/forecast and commentary.
  
• Analysis and insight to support pricing, investment and purchasing decisions.
  
• Development and reporting of consistent finance and non-finance KPIs to Group SLT
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide insights for making effective investment decisions.
  
• Create and maintain financial models to be used for key business activities.

You must have these skills and qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA / CA).
  
  
• Excellent communicator – written & verbal.
  
  
• Analytical, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  
  
• Experience working in multi-site or multi-entity business.
