Business Development Manager 

  • £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • Field sales role with 1 - 2 days per week at the company's Head Office in Sheffield.

Have you got field sales experience and a proven track record of converting clients in the construction hire sector?

In this National Sales Manager role, you are selling CCTV and security services on construction sites throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire and The Midlands. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.


As you'd expect in a rewarding sales role, you are required to:

  • Identify and target customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.

Your focus will be on converting client accounts that range in value from £10K- £100K per year. You are provided with quality leads and will be trusted to work independently without the "red-tape" and "KPI culture" that is common amongst larger, corporate competitors operating in the construction hire space. 


Are you good company for customers attending Premier League and EFL matches as your corporate hospitality guests

With stadium management and sponsorship contracts in place with the likes of Leeds United, Leicester City and Sheffield Wednesday (and 10+ more)there will be plenty of opportunities for you to build stronger customer relationships at the footy. 


What are the ideal skills and experience required for this role?

  • Proven track record of developing business and relationships in the construction hire space.
  • Interested in security technologies, systems, and solutions (previous CCTV / Security sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential)
  • You must be happy with regional travel across Yorkshire, Lancashire & Northwest and The Midlands
